Shipping & Returns

We want you to love what you order. Here's everything you need to know about how we get it to you — and what to do if something's not right.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and scheduled service interruptions.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Your total delivery time is the sum of processing time plus shipping time. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed — delays may occasionally occur.

For any regional restrictions or public holidays that might delay receipt of your shipment, we recommend consulting with your local postal service.

Customs & Taxes

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

All taxes, duties, and customs charges are not included in the cost of the order or the shipping charge. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Contact us at support@zeroph.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our returns policy below instead.

Please note: Zeroph is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Order Issues

Tracking not updating? Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Missing or damaged items? If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@zeroph.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.

Returns

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)

To initiate a return, email support@zeroph.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

We offer free returns and exchanges for items that arrive with defects or faults that are a result of our error. For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Non-returnable items: Items marked as final sale, underwear, and accessories that have been used are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to help with exchanges, subject to availability. Contact us at support@zeroph.com with your order number and the size you need.

If the item is no longer available in your preferred size, we'll issue a full refund. Please note that exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the original item was defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
  • We are not responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or fees incurred when returning products
