How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your region. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — every order ships free, no minimum.

Where do you ship?

We ship to 50+ countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and most other EU countries, plus Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Singapore, and more — the full list is available at checkout.

What is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on offered at checkout. It is not selected by default — you can add it in your cart. The fee depends on your order total (from $0.99 to $9.99). If a protected order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@zeroph.com within 30 days of the shipping date and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund of the affected items. You can remove Shipping Protection from your cart at any time before placing the order, and it is fully refundable if you cancel the order before it ships.

Returns & Sizing

What is your return policy?

30-day returns on unworn items with tags attached. Start a return from the Contact page with your order number. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

How do I pick my size?

Every product page has a Size guide with garment measurements in inches and centimeters, the fit profile, and layering advice. If you're between sizes on a Regular fit, we recommend sizing up.

Product & Care

How should I wash technical shells?

Machine wash cold on gentle with technical fabric detergent, no softener, hang dry. Reproof with a DWR spray when water stops beading.
