Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Standard shipping typically arrives within 1–2 weeks after dispatch. Express shipping is also available for faster delivery, though additional charges may apply. Your total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 days, contact us at support@zeroph.com and we'll investigate.
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us at support@zeroph.com within 24 hours of placing it and we'll process a full refund. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once an order has entered production or been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our returns policy instead. Please note that Zeroph is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged — with all original tags and packaging intact. If items are not returned in original condition, no refund will be issued. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. See our full Shipping & Returns policy for details.
Email us at support@zeroph.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you with return instructions within 24–48 hours. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. We offer free returns and exchanges for items that arrive with defects caused by our error.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within one week to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees incurred when returning products.
Yes — if you need a different size, contact us at support@zeroph.com and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Please note that for size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways. If you choose a refund instead, we will refund the original product price. If the item is no longer available in your preferred size, we'll issue a full refund.

Products

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit. For specific questions, contact us at support@zeroph.com.
Each product has specific care instructions on its label. As a general guide: machine wash cold with similar colors, hang dry when possible, and avoid bleach. Technical fabrics should not be ironed at high temperatures. Proper care ensures your gear stays battle-ready.
Many of our drops are limited edition. However, popular items may be restocked — subscribe to our newsletter for restock notifications and early access to new releases.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payment methods come with a money-back guarantee for your protection.
Absolutely. We do not collect or store your credit/debit card numbers or personal payment information. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. For questions regarding transactions, please consult your card-issuing bank. If paying with PayPal, your order will be shipped to your PayPal address — please ensure you have the correct delivery address selected.
You can apply your coupon code at checkout. Enter the code in the discount field and click "Apply" — the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please wait until you see the "Thank you" confirmation page to ensure your order is successfully placed.
